Second excursion in Rome for readers "Italy for me"

The main character of our second meeting with readers was the boy Leva, whom Nina's mother brought to show Rome from the city of Brescia. Tatyana from Moscow joined this cheerful family. As well as in the first meeting, several people who signed up and took places from other comers disappeared somewhere without warning us. Not much upset, this morning we went to find out our Rome, which, as always at dawn, was only for us.

The fact that in Rome already in the 3rd century AD there were 1,156 drinking fountains surprised even Leo.

Wandering through the morning streets, among the sights we came across such examples of contemporary street art.

Naturally, the main man on this excursion was Leva, who, accompanied by two beautiful ladies, was confident in his age.

Usually our route is quite approximate, since we are not limited by either a specific time or the amount of information. But on the way from the Roman Forum to the Pantheon, we always try to look into the lair of cats. They, as always, feel very relaxed in Argentina Square and almost do not pay attention to tourists.

The penalty for bathing in Roman fountains is 100 euros, and in the Trevi Fountain as much as 500, but no one forbids sitting on them, especially to young people.

What and why prompted this Italian to come to the most popular fountain in Rome with a piglet is unknown to anyone. Everything is possible in Italy. I immediately recalled a case where last year a man rode with a wild boar in a Roman tram. Maybe they are from the same sect?

On the Spanish Steps this morning there was some kind of racket - they drove the merchants with every belebird. It’s hard to call a raid, I would say prevention, since no one was detained.

Climbing the stairs and going 500 meters in the right direction, we were on the observation deck at Villa Borghese. In my opinion, the best view of Rome opens from here.

The villa has hundreds of monuments to famous people. There is no doubt that when a teacher of physics or mathematics sees this photograph with Archimedes at Leva, everything will be fine with him.
